Please note there will be a special P&C planning meeting (for the Cooma Markets Stall) on Tuesday afternoon (13th) at 5:00pm, in the School admin building.
We will be discussing issues such as:
- Preparation (equipment, displays, raffles and cakes/slices)
- Mobilisation @ 07:30 (on the day transport and set-up)
- Float and cash handling/accounting
- Staffing (rosters)
- Demobilisation @ 14:00hrs (pack-up and return of equipment)
Volunteers will be required to make this work of course (both in prep and on the day) so if you or any of your family and friends are available then please let us know. Also a roster will be set-up so that we can see where there are gaps in the staffing.
